Welcome to Web Marketing Hub. These Terms outline the working relationship between you (“Client”) and us (“Company”). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the following:

1. Terms & Conditions

  • We provide professional digital services including website design, SEO, and marketing.

  • All services are delivered based on the agreed scope, timeline, and package.

  • Any requests outside the agreed scope may require additional time and cost.

  • We maintain the right to decline or terminate a project if communication, cooperation, or ethical standards are not maintained.

2. Payment Policy

  • You Can start your first project by 50% of your project cost and rest 50% you can pay after deliver the project 

  • Work will begin only after 50% payment confirmation.

  • Remaining balance (if applicable) must be cleared before final delivery or handover.

  • Delayed payments may result in project pauses or delivery delays.

  • Additional features, revisions beyond scope, or urgent delivery requests will be charged separately.

3. Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital services, payments are non-refundable once work has started.

  • A refund may only be considered if the project has not yet been initiated.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed work or partially delivered milestones.

  • If a project is canceled due to client inactivity or lack of communication, no refund will apply.

4. Work Policy

  • Project timelines depend on timely client responses and content submission.

  • We provide revisions as per the selected package; additional revisions may incur extra charges.

  • Final files, website access, or assets will be delivered after full payment is completed.

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.

  • We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, or future modifications made by the client.
